About Us

Suzi Tropiano is the President of Blueprint HRM, LLC.

Suzi works with businesses to provide support setting up and designing HR structure and systems, conducting audits of their existing HR systems, managing various HR projects, and being a trusted resource to provide ongoing HR support.

With over 25 years of Human Resource Management experience, Suzi has worked in many industries including finance, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, information systems, technology, and professional services. Prior to starting Blueprint HRM, Suzi worked both as a senior HR leader in organizations as well as an external consultant. In both types of roles, she has been successful in setting up HR structure and systems at various stages of company growth both from start up to updating and reinventing existing systems.

Suzi spent a large part of her career working as a Global HR expert for both US and international firms providing HR support to companies entering the US as well as to US companies setting up operations in other countries.

Suzi earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Temple University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Business Management from Millersville University. Suzi holds her SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
