Year End HR Checklist 2021

The 4th quarter 2021 is upon us. Now is the time to be thinking about some end of year HR items as well as planning for 2022.

To avoid being blindsided with PTO and vacation requests in December, remind your employees now to request their remaining time off through the end of the year. Has your company grown this year? If so you may now be required to comply with new employment laws. COVID-19 has changed so much about how we do business. Are your employment policies and benefits up to date to meet the needs of your organization?
